1. About these terms
These Terms of Service apply to purchases from and use of the Fight Maxxing online store. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Fight Maxxing. Please read these terms and the policies linked in our store before ordering. By placing an order, you agree to the terms applicable to that purchase. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law gives you.
2. Using the store
Use the store lawfully and provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, or act with the permission and supervision required by applicable law. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders, or access another person's account without authorization. Keep your account credentials private and contact us if you suspect unauthorized activity.
3. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is a request to purchase the items shown at checkout. An automated order receipt confirms that we received your request; it does not by itself guarantee fulfillment. We may need to verify order information or contact you about an error or availability issue. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund payments received for the unfulfilled items and any associated shipping charges that are no longer applicable.
4. Products and pricing
Our cap prices are currently US$39 each, with the applicable price shown on the product page and at checkout. Prices for future orders may change. We describe products as accurately as possible, but screen settings and lighting can affect how colors appear. Product photographs illustrate the item; slight visual differences do not change your statutory rights. If a description or price contains a material error, we will contact you before proceeding with a corrected order.
5. Payment, taxes, and shipping
Review your items, delivery address, shipping selection, taxes, and total before submitting payment. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and processed through the payment providers offered there. Their applicable terms may also govern their services. You authorize payment of the displayed order total. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Our published Shipping Policy describes the shipping information available for your order.
6. Order questions and returns
For an order change, cancellation request, damaged or incorrect item, return, or refund question, email maximehoule100@gmail.com with your order number and relevant details. A requested change may depend on the order's fulfillment status. Any published Refund Policy provides further return terms. Rights that apply under consumer law remain available regardless of our policies.
7. Intellectual property
Fight Maxxing branding, original designs, photographs, and written content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Purchasing an item does not transfer ownership of those rights. You may view our store and use its ordinary shopping features for personal purposes. Commercial reproduction or use of protected material requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except where the law permits it.
8. Third-party services and links
The store uses Shopify and may link to services or websites operated by others. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to their services. We do not control the content of external websites. Review information relevant to any service you choose to use.
9. Responsibility and applicable rights
Website access can be interrupted by maintenance or technical problems. Contact us about problems affecting an order so we can investigate. Each party's responsibility is determined by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits warranties, remedies, or other protections where doing so would be unlawful.
10. Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. We may update these terms for future use of the store and future purchases. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively alter the terms of an accepted order.
